Solved Uploading and Downloading Movies etc

Is it illegal to post links of uploaded movies, video games, anime episodes/movies etc etc in a forumotion forum? My members uploaded their files and want to share it. It is not pirated or anything.

They have to made by the members themselves. I would not upload those items because it is easy to get in trouble with them.

If the downloads are illegally, you will get in trouble. Although, if you need to pay to watch/download a certain movie, then it should be fine.

No, I don't think the downloads are illegal. They must replied in the thread so they can view the download links and only registered members can reply in the download section.
