set edit time

I set a time limit on editing a post a while ago and now I cannot find where I did.
can someone point me in the right direction.

You can set it with Flood control:
Admin Panel > General > Security :
Flood control. Delay between 2 messages, topics or private messages by a user.
Minimum : 10 - Maximum : 9999 :

no that's not what I am talking about. I mean set a time limit that people can edit their own posts, say 20 minutes then they cannot edit them anymore.
I have set this option on my site but cannot remember how I did it
