 Can we put some time limit for editing posts on forums?
 For all members?

Hello Bokssha,

For edit time you can edit that by navigating to..
Administration Panel > General > Messages and emails > Configuration

Find 'Post edit duration limit for a member' and modify the time that a user has for editing their posts before they cannot.

You can also modify the time between posts by going to..
Administration Panel > General > Forum > Security

Find 'Flood control' and modify the amount of seconds between posts.
