I don't know actually if this is copyrighted, thus, i see plenty of forums using the same images. Well, yeah, using images without permission, but, i don't knooow.

Please do not bother to report this to litigation.
There is no need to. Any one can use images from forumotion support for they are free for use.
The only way it would be a violation is if someone is creating a replica forumotion support form and making it appears as if it official forumtion support forum.
Other then that people are free to use any forumotion images they like
