Chatbox Issue - Coding

I just changed my skin and added a new banner I made to my site. I'm happy with it. But, my chat box is messed up. There is no Refresh, Archives, or Log in. I don't know how to fix this.

Have you tried disabling and re-enabling your chat?

Also are you using the default chatbox?

I got this message, "Incorrect Information."

Worked just now for me. I typed the password in all lowercase though. I'm not sure if they're case sensitive.

Could you give the test account access to the administration panel?
