Harsh rules on Creator Admin forum

I have a suggestion to make .

Since due closure of some of our facebook games , many have just started their own forum In middle of May to June
like Zygna and Playfish .

So i think most admin creator will start own forum but they might abuse their forum , they might also have a
banning/name & shamed thread . So i think the name & shamed thread should be harsher and verified before
making any wrong judgement .

This rules is always broken by admin and all members

While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. This includes posts about fellow Community Members, employees and Volunteer Moderators. Our decision is final in these matters.

i think we need to remind them to be civil as well

so my suggestions is

1. improve rules & regulations by reminders
2. making sure that banning, name & shamed doesn't abuse & make this harsher .

because i just concern about closure of game and people will be very agile toward the end of the game/or that official forum - if all games shutdown . Btw i do not know where to put this, just follow the mod order .

I'm slightly confused on exactly what you're talking about, does this relate to forumotion forums? If so, as long as they don't violate the forumotion terms of service then forumotion itself won't get involved.

I am saying most online games are shutting down like Pet society, The ville and so on and yes it got to
do with forumotion forums , many are starting own forums because
the official forum might be no longer active and some admins may not
read the term of service , rules ,etc and i notice many admin maybe starting their own
forums here .

Well unless they actually break any rules that affect the forumotion TOS then there is nothing Forumotion can do.

You make a great point but sometime some of rules & regulations don't really cover like member's right and so on

This exactly does not really sound like it is related to Forumotion forums. What exactly are you trying to do here - ask a question or suggest something?

goldenfire are you talking about forumotions rules and TOS or someone creating a forumotion forum and adding their own additional forum rules.

If you mean forumotion rules regulations and TOS, Then all of this has to be followed and stay in place or a forum can be in violation and can be shut down. (depending of course)

If you mean Others creating forumotion forums and adding their own rules as well then this is ok to do. However a forum creator can not go and change any of forumotions rules and TOS.(All forumotion rules and TOS must stay in place)

Anyone who creates and owns a forumotion forum can basically run it as they like, add what they like, and do what they like.. As long as no laws or forumotions TOS are being broking any Founder,Co-admin or other staff can run a forum as they wish Smile

i think you answer my question , both of them are my question , because I fear of posting on new admin user forum , violation & starting their own forum because their forum inactive and closure of games which i mention earlier. I glad that the forum in violation can be shutdown depending on the situation .
