E-mail notifications

Hi,

This is my first time posting, so hopefully I'm posting this in the right place.

I know that you can receive e-mail notifications when someone replies to one of your threads or a thread that you have posted on, but is it possible to get e-mail notifications whenever a new post is posted on the forum ? I have a small, private forum that is not super active and I was hoping to set it up so that the members could receive a notification whenever someone posts a new thread so they can reply right away. Is this possible ?

Only the members can set this up.  They will have to press the link in the forums that say Start Watching Forum.
