how to add topics icons ?

hi forumotion
i wonder how to add icons like: solved, complete, important, off-topic, in progress, etc ...
like here in forumotion, when you click new topic, you can see ''solved'' and ''complete''
i want to add :

in progress : setted by admin only
important : setted by admin only
off-topic : setted by admin only
complete : setted by the mamber
solved : setted by member
and a lot more others, so please tell me how, dont make it yourself (only if i you tell me the way and i cant do it myself)

BTW, when i clicked ["display button solved --- Yes"] i dont see solved button in topics
maybe help me to add it and others with pics (icons)
