some one hack my modrator account bcz im check in map it s showing from pakistan but my modrator live in india what do im ban him my forum is

Its your call whether to ban him or not. I think first make sure, whether the account is really banned or not by contacting the moderator via some other communication tool.

How can you say he lives in India.?
Check in the admin panel for IP, when he is logged in.

If he is your friend, believe him since he is saying his account is hacked. Ban the account. Whats the point of finding when he logged in?

If someone gains access to your founder account, they can delete your forum. Only the founder of a forum can delete it.
