Role Playing Tool Bar and user buying system.

I moved to this domain a couple of days ago and we have a Pixel Car Role Playing game. On our other domain, we had problems with users cheating with the amount of money/credits they have. I know and or hope that I'm not the only one with a role playing game here.. So I was thinking why not make a tool bar that is displayed at the bottom or top of the page for every user that says
money amount, and options to go to their profile, view their cars and manage their inventory. The tool bar would not need to be big at all. it would just need to be in the center of the page to make it look right. Along with that, the buying system. We have parts shops where you can buy parts for your car. Instead of users having to post this:
Tool Bar:

Example of current system and new system:

Before:
Stanard steel wheels
$700

$1,000,000-700= ...

Then with the user buying system:

Role Playing Tool Bar and user buying system. Ovad

Then, it would instantly remove the money from the tool Bar.

We also have user shops and since they have custom parts for sale, they could add prices and other users can buy stuff which then, the money would go to the owner of the shop.

What I mean is how do I know if my forum will get the tool bar? Do I need to get a certain amount of votes for the tool bar and buying system? I really would like this to be on my forum. The is my main question how do I know if this will be on my forum any time soon

We will not know until it is added to all the forums. Even with a very large yes vote, it does not guarantee it will be added to the forums.

Like SLGray says even a large vote system doesn't guarantee anything. We've had a few suggestions which have been going on for around 5 years and they haven't been implemented.
