I cannot do it right now because in order to do it, you have to have an account. My account is deleted-lost.
So, firstly, I need my account back, or else I would like to delete my forum completely.

The founder account can't be deleted , and if you want to delete the forum without an account try to litigate him : https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

A founder account can't be deleted? I said it because there isn't at memberlist.

Is there anybody who knows an e-mail to talk to any member of the staff?

Go to Forum Utilities - https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ - and see if you can log in and directly access the administration panel of your forum.
