Unable to get my private domain to work (Go Daddy)

I new to setting up & forwarding a domain.

The error I keep getting is

The supplied domain name is not well configured
Your CNAME must redirect to : indiegamerz.canadian-forum.com

Now I have my cname set like this

Host: www
Points to: indiegamerz.canadian-forum.com

I also have set a domain forward set to
http://www.indiegamerz.canadian-forum.com

My Domain host is Go Daddy..

Anything I am missing like a  A (Host) address??

Please help I have been trying to get this to work for hours.

Oh finally got it.

I had everything correct posted above but I had to change the A (Host) to Forumotion ip address.
Once that was done it started to forward to Forumotion then I tryed to re-add the new domain in Fourm Address area and it accepted it.
