Solved Footer Links for phpbb3

Hello, can someone explain me how may I add links like this on my forum:
Footer Links for phpbb3 6udx
"Terms of Service" "Forum Directory" ...
 What code do I need to use? My forum version is phpBB3.

For some reason Admin CP > Modules > Footer Links dosen`t work for me.

Administration Panel > Modules > Footer Links > Configuration
Activate it and add your links.

To add links to your footer, ACP --> Modules --> Footer Links
