how to enabled ban control for super moderators????

Well you can either allow moderators to ban (which is everyone to ban) or you can disallow moderators to ban.

You can't allow certain moderators to ban or a certain group of moderators to ban.

To disallow all moderators to ban go to ACP --> General --> Security --> Disallow moderators to ban members : --> Yes --> Save

If you want moderators to ban then keep it set to "No".

Moderators can ban members by clicking on the persons profile and scrolling down until they see "administrate user" and they'll see the option to ban.
