Admin panel color page issue

So i'm encountering issues regarding my admin panels color changer.
It's not showing the color pickers or the preview so editing colors is rather...difficult to do.
I'm wondering if it's, because of my external domain name?
Or some other problem i'm unaware of.
Any help on the issue would be appreciated.

I clear my cache every couple days already.
And just did it again, and nothing changed/happened.

Try refreshing the page.  Sometimes it will not load completely.

Have you tried using a different browser?

Refreshing doesn't change anything I tried that already.
And it's not a problem with my browser I recently made a forum on the same browser, and I don't have the issue.

Well sometimes when I first go to that page, it does not completely load. When I refresh the page, it completely loads.

What happens when you zoom out, partially and fully?
Does it come, or not?

This was a previous problem on Internet explorer 7, but has been fixed.
