My registered domain is still not available after 48hrs.

Hi,

I registered my own domain using credits on 18/10/2013 - and it is now 21/10/2013 (4 days - well over 48hrs) and still my domain has not been registered by Forumotion which means I can't access my forum at all because when I registered I forced redirected my Forumotion to the bought domain. I need this problem accelerated as I am using my forum for collaborative projects and my collaborators need to have access to it. I have already posted about this problem previously and nobody has replied, yet admin are replying to other issues posted here. I have taken a screen grab of what is showing when I type in my registered domain.
