BANNED IP Addresses have been erased

Issue: 200+ IPs have been erased

We run a virtual hockey league with over 2000 members and have compiled a list of over 200 IPs from malicious users over the last 3 years. This list has been erased automatically and we need it back or else people will begin to sneak back in and cause issues for our league. I have checked the back end of our site with the action tracking tool and there is no record of this action being executed by any user with admin access. I am unable to roll the forum back to the last possible restore point because too much data will be lost for our current season.

Please help me restore our list.

Was the forum been restored to an earlier date? Are you the founder of the forum? If you are not the founder, could it be that the founder erased the list by using the utilities tool?

I am the founder, no restore has been made and none of our admins have removed the IPs.

Just to be sure you can check the security logs by going to ACP --> General --> Security --> Scroll down and you'll see them.

This doesn't really help because the only options are

messages and user
theme
full

I can not do any of these because it will wipe out all of my activity over the last 6 days. It also doesnt really even specify if security settings (such as the one that was affected) will be restored.

Could you post a screenshot of the security log for administrators?

the security log is 294 pages long for administration and 533 pages for moderation. Which page would you like a screen shot of? As mentioned before, I've done a check of all of the logs during the time frame when the banned IPs were there and then deleted.

Banning and unbanning players and IPs appears in the moderation log. As mentioned before, they've been checked and double checked.

Moderators can only ban members. They can not unban them, only administrators can.

Edit: This has been reported to Buttercup. We will need to wait until she read the report and replies to this topic.
