How to make backup
Hello,
I am planning to shut my forums but I'd like to make a backup for the future (so it would last at least 5 years). Is there any way to do so? I tried to log on https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ but there wasn't any options.

Forumotion backs up your forum everyday. If you are planning to close your forum for a period of time, you will need to have some activity, because an inactive forum can be deleted,

Re: How to make backup
SLGray has already explained. You can't save any file to your computer 'cause you have no access to cPanel and to MySQL. You have only access to Administration Panel and cannot migrate your forum to another host. If you wanna back up your forum read this:
