It is possible. As Derri and Base said above: They go up based on the date, so let's say today was the last one, it should go above all other threads automatically.

Okay, let's say: two members create two threads at the same time, but one of them is more popular then the other one, the one with the most recent posts will be shown at the top of the other threads. Hope this helps.
