Problem with my website

A few months back my website was hacked under my account as the founder. I was banned from my own forum and I am hoping that there is some way that somebody here an help me to regain access to my account. I know that this is something that you should probably pm a staff member about, however I have not met the post limit for private messaging. If someone could please help me to retrieve my founder account that would be a big help. Thank you.

You'll be able to retrieve your password and re-access your forum. Furthermore you need two post to send a PM

Thank you very much, though I would like to know if that also includes a situation where the founder account was hacked? My IP adheres was banned from the site so I am not even ale to see what sort of damage was done and as I read through the list, I noticed a situation like mine wasn't listed. Perhaps I missed it?
