forgot my password

Hello forumotion staff
I have a problem
some how I forgot my password
I have tried tons of what I can remember but non of them is correct
I have tried to use forget my password
but it gave me
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
 I have tried to contact my other admin to change it
but he said he couldn't cause only the founder can
I am sooo upset I don't know what to do

I remember the e.mail i used to make the forum with the founder e.mail
and username
and password (not sure of it)

Please someone help me as soon as possible
