Email address invalid

I have a registrant that can't register and is getting the "email address not valid" message. His email address starts with info@bonettpro.com. I know its a valid email address. Is that some sort of security feature on Forumotion to prevent spammers to deny registration with email addresses starting with the word info?

Has this person tried using anther email address?

i've already suggested that. Just wondering if that is a security measure

It is a security system.

Some email addresses that are commonly used by bots and other spammers do tend to be blocked. Its unfortunate for those who are genuine but it does help with spam.
