hello forumotion team
im iranian
how can i buy credit
i want to remove advertisment from my forum
if we have any way to pay money to forumotion we are ready
but we cant pay it from here

You only have two options: PayPal or Allopass. Forumotion has no control over which countries are listed by these two companies.

So Iran is not listed in either of them: Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management > Buy Credits

You can also activate the donation system. Maybe you have members who can use them.

Could please send me the url of your forum?
Are you using the foundation account? Because only the founder of the forum can have access to the credit via the Admin Panel.

I am sorry but after checking the forum it is absolutly possible to use Paypal and AlloPass. See the following screenshot:

The only reason you are not seeing the option through the admin panel is you are not the founder of the forum...

Forumotion provides allopass and paypal access to all users. However, if AlloPass and Paypal don't access to their service in Iran, we unfortunatly can do anything.

If you can't buy credits, yes, that is only way... But you will hard find forum like forumotion.

Are you founder - are you create forum... How to explain, who is on your forum /u1 (example yourforumlink.forumotion.com/u1 )???

You need to be logged in with that u1 account.

Are you sure you searched through this?:

Administration Panel > Misc. > Credits Management > Buy Credits

If you are unable to view the screenshots posted, I suggest you to use another browser, so you may be able to see it, it might be a way to help you too.

If AlloPass and Paypal don't allow Iranian to access their service, you won't be able to access them through an other hosting provider. As I've already said, we allow all users to access Allopass and Paypal services. However, it is their responsabilities to deliver or not their service to Iran.

You should contact their support directly to have more information...

The problem is not coming from our service.
