Link issues

I think i have my html page coded correctly but when you click the second "Submit a site" link it goes weird.

To see html code of a page do ctrl or apple u.
(That is a forumotion html page)

The link you added is wrong that's why.
If the second submit will do the same thing then simply add the same link. This moment you have this link to the second Submit word:
This link does nothing. Try replacing it with this one and it will be fixed i suppose.
