Some BB Code help

can anyone tell me what the tag [ hr ] (no space) means? what does it do and how can I style it (saw in some forums its whitish but doesn't work in mine)
also what is [ justify ] tag and how does the [ hide ] tag work? it doesn't really hide.. thanks for answering in advanced!

the [ hr ] thing didn't work in my forum (no white line at all appeared)

Justify means that the text is all lined up. Not aligned to left, centered, or to right.

The hr line exactly should be a color that goes with your theme.

my theme is rather dark and no line actually shows in [ hr ], (maybe its black hence I cant see) any way I can make it a color of my choice by css etc?

The horizontal rule is usually set using the border-top property. If need be, add the following to your stylesheet and adjust it to your liking.
