Suspicious activity related to your account

Hello!

Member on my forum has a problem with logging in. It says "We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it click here and complete the form." 

So he completed the form but then he's getting info to go to the main forum to remove it manually.


Who can we ask for help with this one?

Hi, I'm having a similar problem too. When I try to log in to my account I get the following message: "We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it, please click here and complete the form." The form just requires my user name and a captcha code, but when I click "send" it just refreshes the page and I get nowhere. I've tried several times and it's still the same. Can someone help fix the problem please?
