Is this picture under copyright?

Hi,
I have reported from an unknown forum for this picture https://i.servimg.com/u/f55/18/17/62/92/tag_bg10.png is under copyrights. The image which I am using is in this tutorial which JS gave me in this link https://help.forumotion.com/t131396-how-can-i-add-system-tags-keywords-in-topics .

What can I do to substitute this picture? Is there another picture?

You will need to request a new image, or locate one you like.

Hi SLGray,
Here is a screenshot http://prntscr.com/30a31y of the abuse which said that image is forumotion's and TheGreekEconomy's (which there isn't this site) property and probably its just a fake abuse.
Can you check it please?

I already showed you that https://i.servimg.com/u/f55/18/17/62/92/tag_bg10.png picture was copied from a demo IPBOARD.

Hello

For any content you create you should apply for property rights.

Without legal copyright paper that proves you are the owner of the content, you can do anything again the person.

If you have a copyright documents, you can ask for delection.

If yes, I only complained the lack of my name that has been removed "from the code that I did", I did not complain "about the image" because each uses and desired that I used was the same as all use, copied from one IPBoard demo!

The invisionpower.com "IPBoard owner" do not bother others to use images should only host them on another host and do not use them directly!

Then get this link http://www.ipbfocus.com/skindemo/public/style_images/imperial34x/tag_bg.png and copy the image to another host!

Yes, I saw it and it's true, I have to contact the server to see what is happening!

But if you want the image that is in my forum I can pass you a link that is visible to you as the imgur.com
