Ads are freezing mine and my members forum-experience
Hello Masters! <bows>
We've had a problem now for the past weeks and ignoring it hoping it would improve on its own doesn't seem to help so here goes:
ads.contextweb.com are freezing our browsers. (chrome, Firefox and explorer by our members reports). Is there any way to disable the ads or change which ads are shown/used for out forum?
Or what do we do? ideas very appreciated. Adblocker doesnt seem to work either as it somehow loads in the background anyway and freezes. As it is now, it's about 50% chance that the browser freezes everytime the forum refreshes due to a action (change of thread, reply, clicking anything etc etc).... almost imbarable.
Help us please!

Re: Ads are freezing mine and my members forum-experience
Like I wrote its not every time you refresh the page.
Some ads that ads.contextweb.com loads somehow freezes it and since it's not all the time and can work great for a hour and then not work at all for a hour I can't figure out how to mimic the problem to create a workaround or solve it, thats why I went here in hopes that someone had some universal "fix" or way to change perhaps the ad-server or something. Next step will be hosting a board on own server/shell, rewrite and exclude the whole ad-code completly. Might be worth outsourcing to someone with the right skills if it solves the problem even.
Anyway, for now any help or similiar problems are welcome in trying to determine why the problem exists in the first place. It can't be all random, it has to be logs somewhere of why this happens so we can debug it. (if there are, anyone know how to get access to them?)
thanks in advance

Honestly look OK I was moving around nicely but I guess it's only for the advice showing as some are virus linked so just pay for advice removal

Aight, question then. Where does one find the option to pay and remove ads?
