Solved lost password

Hi, 
im the owner of this forum: http://horadot4u-f.sos-forum.net/forum
and my nickname there is admin.
i lost the password, i know the email but the option of the security to reset is activate, so i cant.

Also, i can't send here pms i don't know why..

can you please help?
