How to Appoint a New Admin
Hello all, I have a question concerning the position of Admin.
I am the Founder of my forum and wish to transfer power of Admin to someone else and was wondering how I gop about that. I love my forum but am going to be leaving it soon and need to transfer my power of Admin/Founfer ro my Moderator.

We cannot switch accounts. I mean we cannot make your moderation admin just by switching account. You have two solutions.
The 1st solution is to provide founder access to our moderator.
You have to:
- Change your foundation email. Set up a new email address create by your moderator: https://www.forumotion.com/utils
- Change the password and let him the access to the forum.
- The moderator will have two accounts: your founder account and moderation accound
But you'll lose your access to the forum.
The other solution is to add your moderator to the admin group and let him the access to the PA. He can change his username name by admin and your admin usermane by another one Like that you'll have the access to the forum but the new admin won't be the only one the access to PA.
