Bypass image resize?
okay, so possibly there is no answer, but it never hurts to ask...i put the automatic image resizing feature on, because some of the pictures i posted were just way too big. i was happy...until i realized the border/seperator i had made to distinguish when a storyline is finished got resized as well...way too small...
is there some way i can get it to stay full sized, so it doesn't get lost among all the posts? it's suppose to be like 1200 x 40
here's a screenshot for reference.

Re: Bypass image resize?
Are you entering the code in your messages or in the administration panel?

Re: Bypass image resize?
i turned on the automatic resizing in the administration panel. i have it set for height=800 and width=400
also oddly, when i post it in the admin section, it remains full sized...i'll post with this code
[img(1300px,40px)]
but when i post it outside the admin section, it resizes.

Re: Bypass image resize?
I mean is that image the signature separator. If it is, are you adding it through the administration panel.

Re: Bypass image resize?
no, it is not the signature seperator. it's meant to be put in a post to mark the end of a storyline.
Re: Bypass image resize?
I really do not believe you can remove just one image from the image resizer option in posts. How about resizing the image itself?

Re: Bypass image resize?
Even if you use the dimensions, the image resizer will override it. I mean taking the image and editing it in Photoshop.

Re: Bypass image resize?
You will need to edit the image to the dimensions you have set for the image resizer, then you will not get the enlarge option.

Re: Bypass image resize?
but that's where my problem comes in. i want the enlarge options for the images, with just an exception for the border i made.
Re: Bypass image resize?
nevermind, i just figured i'd extend the resize limits, which seems to work fine since the border is smaller than the other pictures on the site, which happily still look the same.
Re: Bypass image resize?
So this is solved?
