Still no domain name!

I recently purchased a domain name and my forum link still hasn't changed is there something wrong with my order?

have you checked your emails ? to see if anything has come up?

I have the receipt from paypal in my e-mails.

Could you provide a couple of things so we can detect a problem:

• Your forum URL link
  
• Which service did you buy your domain name
  
• Did you receive any notification in your e-mail  and (checked your spam box)

My apologies. Well I didn't get the option to choose from godaddy, forumotion etc. Yeah nothing in the e-mail.

Your domain name is paired with your forum. I checked via my tools

To force redirection to the domain name go to ACP --> General --> Forum Address ---> Personalized Domain Name --> Force the URL redirection --> Yes
