In progress How to MANUALLY add users ?

Hi I'm trying to make my forum private, basically only admins or moderators can add users to the forum. I do not want people to keep registering. How do I go about doing that? And is it possible to set up for moderator to do that? Please help. Thank you!

Not possible.

You will have to register as a new member and send that that information to the people you want on your forum.

AP > Users & Usergroups > Users > Users Option
