Coding question and the theme picker

Can coding of any kind be used on forumotion?
Also, I added the theme picker(or so I thought,) to my board and cant find it.  
What am I doing wrong?  Thank you!

You can use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other languages to personalize your board.

For the theme picker, under Modules > JavaScript codes management have you enabled management of JavaScript ?


If that's not the problem could you provide a link to your forum ?

If there is a code for global headers or footers,(as in another free message boards)
where would I place it in forumotion?

I am not seeing any sources for scripts on your forum. Did you remove it ?

You can modify the foot / header here :
Display > Templates > General > overall_header | overall_footer_begin

I saw I hadnt enabled it but, still cant find the theme picker.

So you do not see a drop-down menu at the bottom of your forum?

You do not see this at the footer of your forum ?
