Advanced Topic Prefixes

Yet another question I have. How can I have topic prefixes, that are only allowed to be set by staff?

Prefixes to be included, in progress, completed, approved, and denied.

Hi you need to go in => Administration Panel >> Display >> Pictures and Colors >> Pics management >> Advanced mode >> Topics Icons once this area of your control panel you click Create and you enter the address of your image. Nice day.

There is also a drop-down menu for who can use them.

When you press the create button, you should see the drop-down menu.
