I created a Group

There's been a lot of drama on my forum. So I created a Drama Forum and an Open Drama Group with no auto
subscribe to associate with this forum
I would like the Forum section visible to all members on the home page that way they know it's there and the can request access to the group if they want
.
I want the Drama forum visible to members like you see in the print screen. Right now it's only visible to the group.

AP > General > Forum > Categories & Forums
Press the permissions button for the forums you want this way. Make sure that you press the advanced permissions link at the bottom. Now check and uncheck the boxes.
