Solved The forum doesn't keep any change

Post by Lala Richardson September 19th 2014, 4:53 am

Hi everybody!

I came here with a little problem with my administration panel, you’ll see, I want to change the skin editing one with my own css codes but when I put the css in the style sheet and click the submit button the entire css disappeared and none of the changes were saved.

I don’t have any script or something else; I’ve erased the cookies and clean the history of firefox. I don’t know what else I can do, because none of the changes that I’ve done to the forum has been saved.

Please, I need a little help. TT
This is the link of the forum, as you can see, I install that theme from hitskin and it has it own css, but when I set up the theme in my forum all the css it's gone.

Was there already some CSS code there?  If yes, what line is it on?  There is a limit for CSS.

width: 1020px;
padding: 20px;
}

Just to beggin with a new skin and it doesn't apply to the forum

Are you sure that you are pressing the submit button, not the save button?  The save button does not work for the CSS stylesheet.

What's your last line number of CSS? Delete some line unless it necessary

Ok.  Lets try this.  Post your CSS stylesheet using the code tag here.

I'm using this.

Code:
#wrap {
min-width: 1020px;
width: 1020px;
padding: 20px;
}

#search-box {display:none;}

#page-header ul.navlinks {
background: #331E2A;
width: 1020px;
padding: 2px 20px 2px;
position: relative;
left: -30px;
text-align: right;
}

a.mainmenu {
font-family: 'Fjalla One', sans-serif;
color: #F2F2F2;
text-transform: uppercase;
font-weight: lighter;
letter-spacing: 1px;
font-size: 9px;
}

When you first go to the CSS stylesheet is there some CSS there already?  If yes, please tell us what number is the last line on?  The numbers are to the left.

If you want, you can send me a test account by private message?
