Seperating the character sheet Empty Seperating the character sheet

Post by Guest October 3rd 2014, 10:26 pm

Hello,

I first want to point out that English isn't my first language, so feel free to ask if I can try to clearify certain things for I might articulate sentences differently.

Now to my question: I've been trying to seperate the character sheet, which you can activate in modules.
I've tried many things and came to the conclusion that I should probably look in the following template: profile_view_body. I have however not managed to find out what exactly I should move and/or delete.
A good example that can help me to do what I want is the following (Dutch) forum: Serigala. If we look at the founder account, we see that the character sheet begins with Algemeen (General), but that Uiterlijk (Appearance), Gedrag (behavior) etc have their own seperate table. They are, however, part of the character sheet.

I've tried certain things in the profile_view_body template, but nothing seems to work. The only thing I've managed to do is create space between the character sheet and the modify button.
Is there somebody out there that can help me with this? I would appreciate it alot <3

Greetings,
Korra.

P.S. Here is the profile_view_body template:
Code:
<tr>
      <td class="row1" align="center" valign="top" height="6">
         {RPG_IMAGE}<br /><br />
         <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="0">
            <!-- BEGIN rpg_fields_left -->
            <tr>
               <td align="right" valign="middle" nowrap="nowrap">
               <span class="gen">{switch_rpg.rpg_fields_left.F_NAME} : </span>
               </td>
               <td width="100%" valign="middle" nowrap="nowrap">
               <b><span class="gen">{switch_rpg.rpg_fields_left.F_VALUE_NEW}</span></b>
               </td>
            </tr>
            <!-- END rpg_fields_left -->
         </table>
      </td>
      <td class="row1" align="center" valign="top" height="6">
         <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="0">
            <!-- BEGIN rpg_fields -->
            <tr>
               <td align="right" valign="middle" nowrap="nowrap">
                  <span class="gen">{switch_rpg.rpg_fields.F_NAME} : </span>
               </td>
               <td width="100%" valign="baseline">
                  <b><span class="gen">{switch_rpg.rpg_fields.F_VALUE_NEW}</span></b>
               </td>
            </tr>
            <!-- END rpg_fields -->
         </table>
      </td>
   </tr>

Are you using the advanced profile or the normal one?

If you mean the advanced modus in the administration panel than the answer is yes ^^
(I wouldnt have been able to get to the template if I hadn't used it in the first place?)

O you mean that advanced option!
No I have the simple option aswell, but that just makes that the character sheet is on the same page as the profile information. However, small tables are still in the little character sheet and they aren't seperated from the character sheet itself.
Let me see if I can explain myself a little better... It's just like here but than it's under the normal info. I can't find a quick example, but I hope you get what I mean?

Post a screenshot of your profile page and write on it what you want.

Beware of my paint and mouse pad skills.

At the moment it's like this:
Seperating the character sheet 2qbdw2a
But I want it to be somewhat like this:

So you want just one part separated from the character sheet?

There are templates for the character sheet:

AP > Display > Templates > Profiles

rpg_sheet and rpg_sheet_edit

Yes I know and I've stated in my very first post that I didn't know what to do with them. Might not've been those templates that I stated on, but still: I've also looked at those and I can't figure it out.
