Make category title as a wrapped bar

Hello,

I want to do my categories title bar as my user post bar. (images are provided below)

I can make the image if wanted. Is it possible to do that?

If possible having the bar a little bit lower than the border so that the corners will be displayed. Note that the corners are different than the second image provided.

@thetwistedkilla: I am afraid that my first post confused you. The only thing i wanted was to make the bar of the first image somehow like the second one.

whats ur forum url fo i can try to size it up better of give me your skin name and version type and ill put on my test forum and figure it out for you
