How to remove images to free up storage?

I'm new to this forum software and can't see to find an Admin area to delete uploaded images.
From the Admin panel -> Misc -> Storage -> Management the cursor is stuck to the far left and won't allow me to move it (probably because my storage is full? (28.2 mb))

How do I delete images to free up storage?

From where do I delete items in storage?

If I goto AP -> modules -> Gallery -> Storage 
I see the following:

Storage allowed = -12mb
Total number of pictures = 0
Total Storage used = 100%
Storage remaining = 0%

Storage use by the albums = 0
Storage used by members = 0

Which pictures are you referring to?
