Lost password

Sorry for this i have lost my password , and cannot access my forum as Admin , i did request a new password and it still would not let me access by using the activation link and code can you help please .

checked around and this seems to be a common problem.I'm supposed to contact staff by pm but can't do that until i put up one post. So here tis.what i've been reading here is that the way to solve the problem is to send a PM here to one of the staff.
they need someone on 24/ 7 for as often as this occurs. i remember seeing a thing to check when i set up the forum-but couldn't understand what it meant so i skipped. Now i understand what it meant and it's too late.I can't remember the email i used when i started the forum either.My fault for letting it go this long THEN coming back.

i can't recall either my password OR the email account i used when i started the forum.
Started a new topic on it.Just waiting for help. can't authenticate.i have the url of the board but blank on the email address i used.Should have written all this down when i set it up. It's my own fault.
