I have a question regarding my forum's groups/staffs?

I just have a simple question, Can I assign staffs (other than mods and admins) and let them just do one specific job? For example, I'll make a Graphic Design Team and I would also like them to manage/control the design of the whole forum. Like they will be the ones to put codes to enable these designs? Thank you.

You mean for them to be able to access the administration panel and add CSS codes and whatnot?

If so, then no, they'll need to be a part of the forum administration team (which has access to the administration panel.)

Only the administrators group that is created when you created your forum has access to the administration panel.
