In progress Problems with styles possible codes errors

Hello. Something happend with my forum http://sillyrain.forumlt.com. I can't change anything. If I try for example recreate everything with puting on new theme, some details from older one comes up. It happend very unexpected, I don't know what to do. Nothing works, please help me.. 
I'm guessing, it's something wrong with codes.. Thank You for help. (if you can)

Scroll to the bottom and resyn your forum.

No, everything changing again..

Today I was changing font size through css, and when I refreshed, earlier theme mixed with last one and result you can see now..

Are you changing themes many times?  Changing it many times in the same day will cause issues.

I changed one time today. Earlier I was staying between two same themes, that's it. So if I leave this one for couple of days everything will be alright? Yes?
