SEO result help

Hi guys would like a little help fixing a few issues google and bing have found  on my SEO report

my forum type is phpbb3

the 1st two are most important for me to fix

Its from Bing webmaster tools SEO Analysis section , it picks up 3 errors , two are high priority errors google webamster tools says the exact same

1) <h1> tag is missing



2) the description is too long or short



3) <img> tag does not have an ALT attribute defined.



As we cant get to our HTML i dont see a way of adding any <h1> codes  

Have you read the last part about the 50 pages that do not complain with their Best Practice?

Yes but im a perfectionist ( well as much as my ability allows )  

was just looking for some kind of solution as i couldnt find one, and this is the best place to get help without a doubt !

there are no errors on your page that make a difference i looked over you html in a validator

images dont require a alt all it does is tell you about the image when you hover over it so its not needed

and the h1 error doesn't say anything about adding a h1 it says your site needs keywords added to it
