I am receiving this message when trying to connect to my website and  support. 

"Unable to resolve domain name

Please make sure: 
- You are connected to the Internet. 
- Your DNS server settings are correct.
Error code 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)"

Not only can I not connect to my forum , I cannot connect to forumotion support .

I have to come in through facebook , when I click reply I have inside of 10 seconds before it times out .

same thing happen to me it auto logged me out and it also told me my password was incorrect .. i cleared my cookies and i was logged back in .. but this has happen to me about 3 or 4 times in past week

It happened to me 68 times last hour @ different FM sites. AND I'VE HAD IT TBH! I REALLY DO! TY!

Thank you for all your reports, everyone. I personally have been experiencing problems here on the support forum as well. Sometimes the page will refuse to load for me. However, the majority of the time, the forum seems to be working fine.

@azwiz It is encouraging to hear that your problems have been solved.

@SamanthaS I have seen some of your comments here and they are absolutely not necessary. I would also like to make clear that the staff here, excluding Buttercup, The Godfather and technicians, are all voluntary. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused due to server slowdowns / problems. However, I ask that your watch your tone and show some respect towards the staff here. Please have a little bit of patience as the problems might resolve by themselves soon. Bear in mind that it is the weekend so we will most likely need to wait until Monday for a response from our pro admin / technicians.

As frustrating as these problems are, we cannot do much about it since we are not technicians ourselves.

Description of Issue(s): Doesn't load at all, as if the page doesn't exist. I'm an admin there, but not the founder. Worked fine like 15h ago, when I last checked. I know it worked for someone 40 minutes ago. I'm aware you're moving servers, but I hope you can fix this very soon, because we just reset the ladder for a new season yesterday, and that's the bread and butter of our community.

Doesn't matter what we post here folks. After the server migration, this topic will be closed anyway. The servers got delivered 4 days after the deadline, so tech staff are installing them now. Anyways, this topic is just to keep us quiet and all. Real real shame....

The migration was finished weeks ago.  Forumtion added more servers which occurred Friday.

Well, anyways, he's trying to hide my post, that's for sure. Very much YOU, SLGray, I'd say. The fact is, part of the migration was to add servers, and so the story still goes.


PS: By the way, SLGray, did you ever notice, everyone's "Pro Admin" in this topic?   TY!

This problem is related with the servers, not with a specific forum or domain, so this topic is a little useless...

The problem is that the Ips of the new servers, that have changed to all the forumotion servers yesterday, and they are not loading correctly sometimes:

Currently, all the forumotion servers are under the same four IP's:
87.98.186.224
178.33.255.99
87.98.147.20
87.98.152.235

Or are under the CNAME "q21.dnspro.org", that is the same that resolve to the above Ips...

Until yesterday, every forumotion subdomain was under diffrent ranges of IP's. Something have been done, and is not well done...
The change done wasn't of just one or two servers, was of ALL the servers from Forumotion (again and almost without notice).

Today, all the Forumotion forums have the same Ips. As example:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/help.forumotion.com
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/forum.forumactif.com
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/ajuda.forumeiros.com

All of them have the same IP. This wasn't happening since the  previous announce of the "add of new servers". So, for clarify, once again, wasn't just "add more servers", has been a completly change of the current servers (and, with this, new problems)...

Hope a fast fix from the forumotion team, as this is becoming a little annoying... But, at least, say the things like they are and inform the community...

Thank you Tugatech. +1 'd you. DNS I'd say and someone really needs to run and get it fixed now. My site has been nearly unavailable for OVER 24 hrs. now. This weekend is crucial to me.

I'm not trying a thing no more, SLGray. Get it fixed! I know you hope to get it just over the weekend but that just ain't good enough no more. You don't know me. When I get angry, and I told you last night, I won't give way.

And the list you gave me is complete and utter b*shit. My cache, cookies, the whole lot's cleared after I lose my session here.

Note that im not saying that "SLGray" is wrong. He is just trying to help with the information that he have... 
@SamanthaS try understand the other users way. SLGray is tring to help...

But, about the possible solution, that doesn't solve. The problem is not in the DNS cache. The problem is that the servers are not resolving correctly the domains. Thats a server issue, not a "our side" problem...

The reports that i stated above shows the problems, as they don't rely in the DNS cache.
Check also using the OpenDNS cache check - http://cachecheck.opendns.com/

I'm not convinced no second longer.

Meanwhile to others, thank you for keeping us updated. Hopefully the issues are resolved soon. It is encouraging to see that forums are working for some users.
