Description of problem

Hi there. I'm new to this, and my question may have already been answered somewhere, but I searched and could not locate a solution. So here it goes:

I am creating a forum with LOTS of categories and forums. Many will be duplicates nested inside other categories. Is there a way to duplicate a list of forums inside of a category to other categories, or does each one need to be created manually by clicking the "+" button? If I have to do it manually, it's going to take forever.... Thanks in advance!
