Description of problem
Hello there!I'm terribly sorry to be a bother, and if there was a way I could figure out how to do this without manually resetting every member's password by hand, I would, but here's the situation:
I imported my board over Xmas break from a PHPBB3 installation on my own server to an Invision proboard installation here. When we re-opened it, it copied all the members from the board, but all of the old members had to reset their password to get their account woken back up.
However, sending a password reset request doesn't seem to work for some members, and I've had to reactivate some accounts by hand. This is time-consuming and inconvenient, and my members are being shy about asking for help reactivating. Is there anything that can be done to unlock all previously made accounts that won't affect the current reactivated ones?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Did the members receive an email about the change?

Re: Old Members After Database Transfer Having Trouble Reactivating Accounts
When the users were transferred to the board, there was no mass email sent out. I've posted a pretty granular tutorial on my new board (http://xeno-underground.forumotion.com/t605-forumotion-account-activation )and my old board (http://xeno-underground.net/bbs/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=601) showing them how, but people have still had problems.
One particular member, kare_reiko, received a password reset email, but the new password in the email didn't work on her account. I changed her email to my own and was able to reproduce the issue. I was upset until I tried resetting her password from the admin panel to a temporary one, and that worked just fine. I hope not to have to wait for a user to alert me that they have this problem.

Thanks, SL. I'll give that a shot next. :3

You're welcome. Since this is something (importing a forum to Forumotion) new, @Buttercup can give a better answer. She will be on Monday.
