Change password requirements for new registration

Is there a way to configure the forum so when a user registers they only need a 4 character password instead of a 6 character password?  It's an odd request but for what I'm using it for, having users being able to register with only a 4 character password is all I need.

This is no possible. The option is by default to protect your forum and avoid hacking and spamming...

I am sorry but for the same reason it is not possible. Basically, a password should be complex, secret and with many characters. I don't really understand why you want to have so simple password. But, it is not possible.

Not sure how that happened, but you can change your forum's domain by going to Administration panel > General > Forum address
