In progress What theme does Forumotion use?

Hi, I really like the appearance of the help.forumotion.com theme, however, compared to my theme it looks approximentally 1000x better. www.thepetpalace.ga (My forum) is childish and simply unproffesional. I can't find any themes that have the side bars (See photo) So, is there any templates that are similar to forumotion or the actual one I can use? Thanks in advance, I'm also willing to change my forum version to get to this template!What theme does Forumotion use? Screen10

The default blue phpBB 3 theme which has been customized.  You have to activate the widgets.
