[Only Topic] Double or Triple of the Same Widgets Appearing

Hello was wondering why all forumotion forums have double or triple widgets? Thought it was just me but I have checked many forums all the same

Do you mean in the ACP in the widgets section?

Or being displayed on a forum?

@Derri On all forumotion forums where ever widgets are they are double or triple widgets the page goes on for days, just refresh the home page on the support forum and see, and pease do not say this is not seen many of my members and staff see this same issue

I am facing similar problems with widgets today, when I am logout some widget appearing twice furhtermore staff online widget working as mad it displays twice staff members online I reported here.

@Derri it is happening in all forumotion forums so the problem is global as it seems.

@Black-Shadow Thank you for coming up and saying you have this issue too, I just felt like I was going to be told there is no issue.

Get the techs on the ball and fix this please really looks trashy

I always have widgets hidden on the support so I've never seen this, indeed I've activated them and I see it.

I'll report this to my Pro Admin for further investigation.

Thank you very much @Derri we wish the technicians to resolve it soon. Temporary we can disable the widgets until the problem resolved.

Yes that is what I have done disabled all widgets for now

I watched that, the widgets which contains javascript codes are not working, as an additional information for the technicians.

I've made this into an only topic and changed the title to something more clearer.

the double or triple widgets is not the only problem, there are widgets which are not running or not running correctly. It is a general problem with the widgets sidebar.

Well I assume whatever is causing the duplicate widgets will be causing the widgets not to work properly.

I don't seem to have this problem from my phone on classic version. On any forum. Has this issue been resolved already or is it un affected on mobile devices?

@brandon_g The issue is still in full force, I've not looked at mobile. PC is effected as of now.

If you clear your browser's cache and cookies you will face the same problem.

Nevermind, just saw it on the homepage... Double. Wierd, didnt notice it until now but i never scroll completely to the bottom so maybe I wouldn't notice, but how could I have missed it on my forum? I only have r widgets enabled and I notice everything that happens on my forum...


Edit: That would probably be why I didnt notice it on my forum, because it is NOT happening on my forum, atleast that I can tell. I just hopped on the school computer and checked, widgets seem fine to me:


However, here on the support forum the problem does occur from the school computer... so maybe my forum is unaffected (Which I wouldnt mind and actually would love ).

@brandon_g Yes I did not see the issue until a admin said "Hey I'm seeing double?"

As a quick fix either disable widgets or set the side that is affected to 0 from it's current size.

Well I really don't see the need to change anything yet because on my forum I don't see anything out of the oridinary, at all yet and I haven't gotten any reports yet (but it is still early and the morning and I and 1 other moderator are usually the only ones on this early, so it is possible I could get some later when the others come on), so until I get some, I am going to assume business as usual .

Not sure if this will add anything: two of my mods said they were online when the forum started to act weird and then a number of topics, posts and rep points disappeared, and of course the double widgets thingy started to happen as well.
